Anjuli Kelotra

Anjuli brings to board service global Enterprise Risk Management experience in a Fortune 50 company, which gives her the ability to create strategies to align risk mitigation with business strategic goals and legal considerations. She currently guides the Ethics and Compliance program of The Coca-Cola Company, including the code of business conduct and ethics, anti-bribery/anti-corruption, and international trade sanctions programs often conducting highly complex and sensitive investigations.

Her broad perspective is derived from a global background having lived and worked in the US and abroad, multi-industry experience in the healthcare, CPG, and telecom sectors and background in both government service and the private sector.

Anjuli advises the Coca-Cola Audit Committee on various issues relating to ethics and compliance and advises senior management on compliance, sustainability, diversity, and matters of governance. She began her legal career as a Trial Attorney at the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, a civil rights agency tasked with enforcing US anti-discrimination laws. She is a Member of the Board of Directors of YWCA USA, and a Member of the Georgetown Law Board of Governors. She is also a member of the Asian Pacific American and South Asian Bar Associations and previously served on the Board of Directors of the ACLU of Colorado.

Anjuli holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Sociology from Ohio University. She lives in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband and two children
